Works just great

This is the second arm that we have had. The first one sadly was destroyed by someone trying to access our property uninvited. They completely destroyed the first arm. The second one that we ordered seems to be working just great. It was easy to order and got here quickly. No shipping issues at all.

Had to replace arm - new one works great

My arm became stuck and inoperable after 13 months. It was out of warranty, but Topens worked with me and gave a heafty discount for my replacement. My system is now working flawlessly.
